As a technology executive, entrepreneur, and keynote speaker, I was once told that girls from my hometown don’t become CEOs. I became one anyway, and went on to create a global leadership platform that now reaches audiences in more than 60 countries. Along the way, I learned that the most powerful leadership isn’t about titles or perfection , it’s about courage, trust, and having the humanity to show up fully.
The cost of disconnected leadership is massive: burned-out teams, disengaged cultures, and organizations that struggle to adapt in a world that keeps changing faster. I work with leaders and organizations to rebuild trust, strengthen culture, and create environments where people don’t just perform, they feel seen, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Whether I’m working with executive teams or frontline leaders, I deliver more than inspiration, I provide practical, real-world frameworks leaders can use immediately to lead with clarity, build resilient cultures, and turn pressure, change, and uncertainty into momentum.
Success isn’t about perfection or fitting into someone else’s mold. It’s about owning your story, showing up authentically, and learning how to lead, even when life, career, or confidence feels messy. Through real, honest stories rooted in faith, family, fun, football, and leadership (yes… your “f’ed up life”), Emily shares the lessons that shaped her into a stronger, more impactful leader in tech. With humor, heart, and hard-earned perspective, she challenges audiences to stop chasing perfection and start using life’s twists, career pivots, and leadership challenges as fuel instead of friction.
This keynote is especially powerful for women in STEM and high-performance environments who have ever felt like the only one in the room, battled imposter syndrome, or questioned whether they truly belong.
This isn’t about blending in.
It’s about owning the room.
It’s about taking your place.
And it’s about leading in a way that makes space for others to rise.

The Power of Reverse Mentoring
The best leaders don’t assume they have all the answers. They build organizations that know how to learn.
In today’s fast-moving world, innovation, relevance, and growth don’t come from hierarchy they come from curiosity, collaboration, and two-way learning.
In this keynote, Emily shows how reverse mentoring a leadership approach that creates intentional, two-way learning between experienced leaders and emerging voices helps organizations move faster, think smarter, and build stronger cultures.
Reverse mentoring isn’t about giving up authority. It’s about unlocking better ideas, better decisions, and better outcomes.
Audiences will learn how to:
Leaders will leave with:
Because the most competitive organizations aren’t the ones with the smartest people at the top they’re the ones that learn the fastest together.
How Human Leadership Builds Stronger Cultures and Better Results
Great cultures aren’t built on pressure. They’re built on people who feel seen, trusted, and valued.
In this keynote, Emily shares her signature philosophy, L.O.V.E. (Levity, Objectivity, Vulnerability, Empathy), and shows what happens when leaders stop managing titles and start leading humans.
This isn’t about being soft. It’s about creating workplaces where:
Audiences leave with:
Because when leaders lead with L.O.V.E., people rise and so do results.
